Your data, explained
Privacy policy
What data this website uses, why, and how you control it.
Who is behind HolaMary
HolaMary is an informational platform run by Mary, an independent OMNILIFE distributor. It is not the official OMNILIFE website.
What we do not ask for
There are no sign-up forms, accounts or payments. We do not ask for your name, phone number, email or address.
Hosting and security
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver it and protect it from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, your browser and the page you visit. It also gives us visit statistics without using cookies.
Google Analytics, only with your permission
It is only turned on if you choose “Allow analytics” under “Privacy and analytics” at the bottom of the page. It receives the page visited, its title, the language and the previous page within HolaMary. It does not receive your searches, messages, ZIP codes or WhatsApp data, and it is not used for advertising. Your choice is saved in your browser; if you choose “Keep disabled”, its cookies are deleted.
What stays on your device
What you search for, the ZIP code you choose to compare prices and your view preferences stay in your browser. They are not sent to any server.
The Guidance assistant
If you type a question in Guidance, it travels through our server to OpenAI, which generates the answer. HolaMary does not keep your questions and asks OpenAI not to store them; OpenAI may keep them temporarily under its own policy to prevent abuse. To prevent abuse, the number of questions per connection is also limited. Do not type personal or health information.
If you message Mary on WhatsApp
Guidance can prepare a message for Mary. WhatsApp opens with that text only if you press the button: our server prepares the link and does not keep the message. From then on, the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s (Meta) privacy policy.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to the OMNILIFE portal or other sources. Those websites have their own privacy policies. We open them without telling them which page you came from.
Your choices
Because HolaMary does not keep personal data about you, there is no profile to review, correct or delete. You can turn Google Analytics off at any time. For any privacy question, message Mary on WhatsApp from Guidance.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13.
